PURAVIDAPATAGONIA runs its own kayaking outings, and takes pride in the safety provided as an agency solely devoted to kayaking. For your safety and ease of mind, we have support teams and strategic assistance or rescue spots in every one of our trips. Our gear is kept in compliance with the highest quality standards, and undergoes thorough yearly tests.The selection of our guides involves great effort. PURAVIDAPATAGONIA guides are certified by the Argentine Coast Guard Service as kayaking guides, and by the National Parks Authority as tourist guides within the Nahuel Huapi national park.
All are professionals who have taken part in different first aid and CPR courses, and who undergo constant training on rescue operations in mountain lakes and rivers. Their job is to provide you with guiding, safety, and love of the outdoors. They are selected for their careful approach to nature, their will, their experience, and their outdoor skills.
Each guide carries a complete first aid kit that is refilled daily, together with a VHF handheld radio and mobile phone should assistance be required.
